Shoring- and earthworks on our latest construction project in the north of Munich began in autumn.

With the completion of the shell of our 21 "Townhouses", the ALEXISQUARTIER continues to take shape and we are pleased to have reached this important milestone.

For the first construction phase consisting of 8 houses with 1- to 4-room condominiums, the structural work has now begun. 

In our ALEXISQUARTIER at the Forest of Trudering, things are progressing with great strides: The condominiums in our "Wohnen an der Allee" construction phase have been completed.

In our building project "ALEXISQUARTIER - The Duet" the work is progressing rapidly: The shell of all 9 houses has been completed!

All condominiums in our new building project "WAVE" have been sold. 
We would like to thank all buyers for their trust and all partners involved in the project. 

Our new residential quarter GRÜNE MITTE KIRCHHEIM has been inspected and assessed by the German Sustainable Building Council (DGNB).

Construction of the multifaceted 1- to 4-room condominiums with living spaces ranging from approx. 31 m² to approx. 142 m² has begun.

Work on our "Park-Carré" project in the new residential quarter GRÜNE MITTE KIRCHHEIM is progressing rapidly: The shell of the building has already been completed in large parts!
