We say thank you: Increase of the DEMOS recommendation bonus to 2,500 Euro

We regularly sell condominiums and houses to new customers, who are recommended to DEMOS by our buyers. 
  
Due to our 55 years of existence, we already have new customers who grew up in a family home that their parents bought from DEMOS. 
  
The recommendation of DEMOS by our buyers to relatives and friends, is for us an expression of appreciation of the DEMOS real estate property, recognition of our work and confirmation of the trust placed in DEMOS. 
  
We thank our buyers for this with the well-known DEMOS recommendation bonus for each new recommended prospective buyer after the conclusion of their purchase contract. 
  
The new prospective buyer only has to communicate their recommendation directly to DEMOS, or to their sales consultant acting on behalf of DEMOS, before the reservation. 
  
We are now increasing this DEMOS recommendation premium to 2.500 Euro in line with the general price development. 
  
The new DEMOS recommendation premium of 2.500 Euro is valid immediately and can of course also be redeemed by our buyers with the already received vouchers, which keep their validity for the new DEMOS recommendation bonus unchanged and unlimited.
