The perfect urban lifestyle in all of its facets

These ideal living spaces can be described as modern, spacious and flooded with light, combined with sunny balconies, sunrooms or patios as well as views to the natural surroundings.

And everything you need in your life, work and valuable free time is right around the corner.

It’s with good reason that we selected Milbertshofen for this construction: you’d be hard-pressed to find another district in Munich that has developed so quickly and positively in terms of standards of living and quality of life.

For residents of Milbertshofen, life near Olympiapark has become even richer, more interesting, and more diverse – the selection of schools, businesses, transport links and free time activities is bigger and better than ever before.
City landmarks old and new – like the Olympiastadion stadium and the tower, the new BMW Welt, and the Allianz-Arena – define the cityscape of this district and of northern Munich.

  • Carefully designed floor plans for 2- to 5-room condominiums

  • Elevator to all floors

From the quiet city to the vibrant district

Milbertshofen has truly begun to blossom in recent years. The 76,000-plus residents in these different neighborhoods – including the former Olympic Village and Georgenschwaige as well as the Am Hart, Harthof and Kaltherberg communities – truly appreciate the new standards of living and quality of life on the north side of Munich.
The completion of the Petuel tunnel in particular has benefited Milbertshofen. The tunnel runs through Petuelpark, creating a green, natural link to Schwabing. Here, in addition to the open spaces, trees and park benches, Café Ludwig provides a nice place to take a break from your busy day.

Modern living with all of the amenities

Why bother traveling far when downtown Munich is so close and everything you need is right at your doorstep?
The Olympia-Einkaufszentrum, or OEZ for short, is a shopping paradise loved throughout the city. It was built at the same time as the Olympic Village. It’s easy to spend an entire day shopping here or sitting in one of its many cafés. And the Euroindustriepark in the north, with its many large supermarkets and electronics stores, is also a true magnet for shoppers! The streets around Graf-Konrad-Straße are also a convenient place to do your daily shopping without having to travel far.
Milbertshofen takes its children into consideration, as well. Parents here have the choice of around 33 kindergartens and day care centers and about 18 schools – from elementary schools (Grundschule) to secondary schools (Gymnasium) and vocational schools. And if you’re feeling under the weather, there are over 60 general practitioners and specialists in the area, as well as around 30 dentists and 15 pharmacies to provide you with the best care. The Schwabing hospital is also nearby. And with multiple libraries, the various events at the Theatron amphitheater, a movie theater and the BMW Museum right in the area, there is no shortage of arts, either.

Ideal, quick and easy – the best Connections

Perfect links in every direction! You can get to downtown Munich in just a few minutes via the U3 and U8 subway lines, or take your time via the 27 tram to Petuelring.
And you’re just a stone’s throw away from everything by car, too: you can reach the surrounding Autobahns and highways in every direction via the Middle Ring or Frankfurter Ring. The city is also easily reachable via Leopoldstraße and Schleißheimer Straße.

A world-famous attraction not to be missed

BMW has had its headquarters in Milbertshofen for many decades. Its buildings are plentiful and diverse, creating new landmarks for Bavaria’s capital city. The Vierzylinder (four-cylinder) – the imposing, unconventional building uniting people from over 150 countries – was completed around the time of the 1972 Olympics. The BMW Museum lies right at its feet and features one of the most comprehensive exhibits of BMW products.

Directly across from the museum is the city’s newest landmark: BMW Welt. Here, customers can pick up their newly purchased vehicles, dine in the restaurants, browse the shops and attend events.

Where customers and services come first

Most jobs are in the service sector, such as in Munich’s major shopping centers: the OEZ (Olympia-Einkaufszentrum) and the Euroindustriepark in the north.
The OEZ was opened in time for the Olympics, then expanded and modernized in 1993 and 1994. Its sales floor covers around 56,000 m² over two floors
