A few days ago, the structural work in our building project "ALEXISQUARTIER – Wohnen an der Allee" has started!

In our "ALEXISQUARTIER" we are making great strides forward:
For the two construction phases "Häuser" and "Wohnen am Truderinger Wald" the shell of the building has been recently completed!

We are very pleased that we have sold all 22 townhouses in our "ALEXISQUARTIER"! The shell construction work for all houses will be finished soon and the completion will be already next year.

The shell is complete! A few days ago the carcass work for our project "An der Lohe" could be completed on schedule. This is another milestone until the planned completion next year.

Recently, the shell construction work was started in our building project "An der Lohe 2" in Munich-Lochhausen.

Since Monday, 25.05.2020, you will find us at Dachauer Straße 124 in 80637 Munich.

The structural work of the construction project in Munich-Aubing has started as planned!

An important milestone has been reached! The shell of our building project "ALEXISQUARTIER – Wohnen am Park" has been completed on schedule.

On all our construction sites we work in compliance with the currently valid regulations (e.g. hygiene regulations, adherence to the distance rule).

We are therefore very pleased to be able to inform you that there are currently no noticeable construction delays and that the completions are progressing according to plan.

The shoring and earthworks for our "WAVE" construction project in the west of Munich will be completed shortly. Structural work will begin as early as April.

The shell construction work for our new construction project "PRISMA PASING" in the Munich district of Pasing-Obermenzing has already begun.

The protection of our customers and our sales consultants acting on behalf of DEMOS is very important to us.

For this reason, we have decided to no longer offer general opening hours in all our showrooms and in our show apartment. Telephone and personal advice with your sales advisor is still possible. Our showrooms and the show apartment are regularly disinfected.

In addition to the "best architects 20" award already won and the recognition in the "Landeswettbewerb Wohnungsbau Bayern 2019", our new building project "DIE NEUE GERBERAU" won another architecture award!

DEMOS realized the project "Neue Vielfalt Freiham" in the newly emerging Munich district of Freiham. A total of 84 modern and well-equipped condominiums have been created. All apartments of the project have now been sold.
