Freiham is growing – our “Neue Vielfalt Freiham” project in western Munich’s new district is complete!

The construction project has now been completed and the apartments can be handed over to the buyers.

The precision landing is complete! In September the largest school building project of the state capital Munich opened in time for the start of school in the new district of Freiham. The huge area in the western Munich district of Aubing-Lochhausen-Langwied is now officially completed after two years of construction.

In September the earthworks for our building project "ALEXISQUARTIER - Häuser" started!

After the official sales launch just a few weeks ago, the excavation work for the latest construction phase of the "ALEXISQUARTIER" could already be started at the beginning of September!

With the construction project "ALEXISQUARTIER - Wohnen am Truderinger Wald" further modern 1- to 4-room condominiums for the new city quarter "ALEXISQUARTIER" are being built in the southeast of Munich.

The starting shot has been fired! In July, the earthworks for our new construction project "PRISMA PASING" began in the west of Munich.

An important milestone has been achieved: The shell of our new construction project "GLEISHARFE süd" has been completed. In the new residential district "Gleisharfe" in the western district of Munich Neuaubing, DEMOS is building modern and exquisitely designed 1- to 4-room condominiums as part of the "GLEISHARFE süd" project.

Here we go! Structural work has now begun for our construction project "ALEXISQUARTIER – Wohnen am Park" in Munich’s Perlach district. Since the sales launch just four months ago, almost 50 percent of all apartments have already been sold at this early construction stage.

The new construction project "An der Lohe" is moving right along with the beginning of structural work in the month of June. Around 50 percent of all apartments have already been reserved or purchased at this early stage of construction.

The Munich district of Pasing-Obermenzing is getting an all-new quarter along Paul-Gerhardt-Allee. In addition to apartments, there are plans to build an elementary school with a gymnasium, a daycare and commercial buildings for daily necessities, as well as greenery and recreational areas.

Finally, it’s here again! Bauma once again opens its doors from April 8—14 to interested
visitors from Munich and the surrounding region. The trade fair takes place every three
years on the exhibition grounds of the Bavarian capital. Over 3,500 exhibitors from 55
countries and their impressive construction machinery on an area the size of almost 90
soccer pitches make for a captivating attraction for young and old alike.

Modern, beautifully equipped 1- to 4-room condominiums are being built as part of the “An der Lohe” project in the heart of Munich-Lochhausen. Excavation work has just begun.

Right next to the garden city of Trudering and the Truderinger Wald woodlands, DEMOS is constructing in several phases a new city district with condominiums, townhouses and its own infrastructure that more than meets today's expectations.

In its new-build project in Munich-Neuaubing, DEMOS created modern one- to four-room condominiums in the heart of the new Gleisharfe neighborhood. All "HARFE mitte" condominiums have now been sold.

Construction is currently underway on a new and diverse city district in Munich’s Paul-Gerhardt-Allee, located in the popular borough of Pasing-Obermenzing. And in the east of this new district, DEMOS is in the process of completing its latest project, “PRISMA PASING”.
