"ALEXISQUARTIER – Wohnen am Park" in Munich-Perlach: Start of shell construction

7/5/2019

Here we go! Structural work has now begun for our construction project "ALEXISQUARTIER – Wohnen am Park" in Munich’s Perlach district. Since the sales launch just four months ago, almost 50 percent of all apartments have already been sold at this early construction stage.

In the southeast of Munich, DEMOS is building the "ALEXISQUARTIER", a new urban neighborhood with stylish condominiums and row houses, complete with comprehensive infrastructure, childcare facilities and a promenade with shops.

The "ALEXISQUARTIER – Wohnen am Park" building project envisions modern, exquisitely designed condominiums with 1 to 4 rooms. Features include underfloor heating, video intercom, parquet, electric venetian blinds and brand-name tile flooring. A private terrace, balcony or loggia offers a quiet space for relaxation. In the property’s own underground parking garage, it is also possible to upgrade the parking space with a charging solution for electric cars.

Munich’s city center as well as the surrounding areas can be reached quickly and easily via the nearby subway station "Neuperlach Zentrum" as well as several bus lines. In the immediate vicinity, residents have a supermarket, bakery and butcher, along with numerous other shops around the corner. In addition, the shopping center "pep" houses 135 specialty shops and is just a few streets away. Green spaces in and around Munich also offer desirable options for leisure and recreation: the Ostpark and the Hachinger Tal landscape park are only a few kilometers away. In about half an hour by car you can reach the Tegernsee and Lake Starnberg.
